Ability to assist in the administration of an elementary school.Ħ. Ability to deal courteously and diplomatically with students, parents, school and system employee and the general public.ĥ. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ĥ. Knowledge of school administration and policies on discipline and procedures.ģ. Knowledge of instruction, Georgia Performance Standards and educational principles and procedures.Ģ. In addition to the primary function, the assistant principal shall be responsible for:ġ.
